We all know that we are at cause for the creation of thoughts. We know that our thoughts inform a big part of our reality and how we experience the world around us. We cannot control what is happening out there but we can influence what happens in the temple of our body and thoughts. Our business is shaped by our thinking about it - Gold Mind invites us to an in depth cultivation of our thoughts about what we are creating in terms of abundance and support.
We know that thinking isn’t just a brain thing, but a whole body thing. When we cultivate the space of the Gold Mind we give ourselves a chance to let the subconscious speak through us in image - and it often surprises us. The allowance for the subconscious to have a place to work - what we call Gold Mind - shows us what we might not be seeing on our own when we only choose ‘thinking’ or settle for default thoughts rooted in past experience. Visualizations like this one bring us into the potential future by bringing the future into the now.
Let’s choose thinking, imagining, feeling, and also holding an image of what our success looks like. We have to be able to imagine it….sometimes it is better than we imagined and sometimes it is not. BUT we begin with the image and the feeling we are moving towards, and even conjure that for ourselves right now in real time. This allows us to move towards it with more confidence and felt sensation. The challenge I am offering is to hold this image and visit it daily for a week.
